We are planning to change the part structure of ValueCut maintenance part 'Carriage Assy'.
New Carriage Assy will be without CR board.
<Background>
We have announced that the types of CR board will increase by “TIB624_ValueCut_Board replacement procedure”. Current Carriage Assy includes the CR board and it was necessary to settle a new maintenance part which includes the new CR board.
With above, we faced the need to reconsider the structure of the Carriage Assy not to increase the maintenance part and to avoid any inventory conflicts.
Therefore, we came up to a conclusion to change the structure of the Carriage Assy without CR board that will be compatible for both new and old type CR boards.

For your information, old Carriage Assy in your inventory will still be usable for the below serial number machines, unless you have performed a mainboard update.

Also, if you remove the CR board from the carriage, you may use it for all serial number machines. Please refer to “TIB624_ValueCut_Board replacement procedure” for both New/Old CR Board part numbers.
