End of life for technical support & spare parts - Overview

Mutoh Europe is ensuring the availability of spare parts for installed-base products throughout a significant period of time. This implies that we automatically keep a minimum stock of common parts for several years after the discontinuation of a certain product line. After this period of extended support, it can only last until spare parts are depleted. From that moment on, we recommend to focus on non-discontinued products.

When all support of a discontinued product is about to cease, we'll send a mailing accordingly.
