Define a new starting point - new origin point before your AAS scanning routine commences

Modified on Mon, 4 Mar, 2019 at 1:12 PM

When sending a contour job, always the registration marks will be scanned / searched first.

Since the diagonal searching routine takes a while before your first reference mark will be effectively detected, always reposition your starting point (new origin).

So before sending a contour job, always confirm in advance a new origin point (via the jog keys of your ValueCut panel + CONFIRM).

The new origin point should be at the center crossing of your first reference mark.

Why?

Due to this re-positioning of your origin point, an immediate scanning detection of your first reference mark will be found.

Therefore, no extra search routine will be valid.
