Necessary tools
In order to be able to upload your new SummaCut firmware, Summa's Cutter Control tool is required.
After connecting your plotter, the Actions button will allow you to browse for your new firmware.
The latest current firmware can be downloaded below this article or via the SUMMA website on https://www.summa.com/en/support/software-firmware/

- New: Re-arrange front panel menu structure. More detailed overview of the new menu structure (see second page below).
More detailed description of every menu item (see the new user manual). - New: The barcode sequence can be initiated by pressing the “Test” key on the keypad of the cutter. You no longer need to go into the menu to start a barcode job.
- Change: Downgrading firmware revision is no longer possible.
