The key combinations to enter maintenance & service-diagnostics is similar to that of regular ValueJets of the 1st and 2nd generation. Only the timing to enter into this mode is slightly different.
When the LED becomes green, only then push the 3 touch-buttons simultaneously and keep pushing until you hear the start-up "beep":
