TIB 871: XPJ-C641SR-P_How to properly set the pinch rollers

When loading media and setting the pinch rollers it is important that the pinch rollers are positioned in a correct manner to avoid damage to the rubber part of the pinch rollers by the sharp edges of the grit roller.

Important:

Please update the following items as a set in order to support the printing width and side margins.

1. FW Ver. 1.04
2. MSM Ver. 9.02

• If the pinch roller set position is incorrect, the operation panel will blink red and a warning is displayed on the MSM status screen.
• Support for change of print range and Side margin.

*If a customer has created data with a maximum width of 15 mm side margin, the print result will not be output correctly when printing with the new version ==> Please re-create the print data with the new version.
